Free Shipping to West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia) when you order RM150 or above (Poslaju)

1. If you pay for your order today, we will post your order on the next business day 

Our business days are Monday to Friday, except National Public Holidays
We might delay your order without prior notice due to technical or resources problem.

2. On the day when we post your order, we will send you a shipment email/information with the respective courier tracking number.

1. Payment received and notifiied via payment notification form today will be posted on the next business day.

2. Delivery to Malaysia takes in the 1-3 business days* 
    Note: Saturday is excluded, as Poslaju is off on the first saturday and work half day on the other Saturdays

3. Processing of Shipment is from Monday till Friday (except Selangor Public Holiday or National Public Holiday). 
    Not: If payment is received and notified on Friday, we will ship your order on Monday.

4. After payment, please submit payment notification form. Please make sure all details are correct upon submission.
    Note: For interbank transfer and cheque deposit, we will wait until payment is received and cheque is cleared before proceed to shipment. 



  1. For shipment to Malaysia, we only use Poslaju, every shipment comes with a shipment tracking numbers that is trackable via the courier company's tracking page.
  2. After which we have prepared your order for shipment, we will send you a shipment email with the tracking number of your parcel. For shipment to Malaysia, you should receive your parcel in the next 1-3 business days depending on your area in Malaysia. 
    Note: if you have not received the parcel, you should first track your parcel using the tracking number that we emailed to you earlier or contact the courier company to find out more.
